De Luca Cucina & Bar is an independent modern Italian restaurant at 83 Regent Street, in the Petersfield part of town. Its website says the food is handmade from locally sourced, fresh ingredients, and describes the place as suitable for a quick lunch, an evening meal or a romantic occasion.

The building offers several rooms. The main dining room is called the Skylight Restaurant, there is a private dining room named the Vespa Room, a rooftop terrace that depends on the weather, and a top-floor cocktail bar called the Piano Bar. The top-floor bar is billed as the Piano Bar on Friday and Saturday nights. Artisan pizza, click and collect, and delivery were added to the offer in 2021.
